  I have never written a review on a business before. Most of the time I feel that whatever the issue is, it can be resolved. However, the man I spoke with from Sanders Propane in Glen Rose was unnecessarily rude. There was no reason for him to speak to me with such disgust and definitely no reason for him to hang up on me. When you call for a service you expect to either receive it or at minimum have an explanation for delays and have a new time set. This man would not answer his phone the multiple times I tried to contact him (after he agreed to the service call), when he finally did answer (2 days later) he told me to go some where else because he over scheduled himself and didn't have time. So that's exactly what I did. It's freezing winter month and I have a small child in my home. To me, it's completely understandable to use a different company as the man said. However, this obviously isn't the case for him. As we ran low on propane again today, I called this company to schedule a service call. He told me he would never come here again. I apologized for my confusion and asked him to elaborate for me. He mocked me, told me no and hung up on me. I have never been so disrespected by a business. At this point I have doubts in this man's humanity. My daughter is 8. She has to be cold because you're upset that you over booked yourself and put us in a difficult bind? No sir. This is unacceptable. I am a business operator for years and this is absolutely this poorest customer experience I have ever seen. I will not be calling this company back and I advise that you don't either. Cleburne propane is a little pricier but they won't treat you like dirt and they show up when they say they are going to.
